If supposedly I received the refund on April 18, but I have nothing in my account. How do I know what happens to my refund?

I called the bank and they told me there is no deposit. Check the account and routing number and both are correct.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the $40 service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the $40 service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

Where do you see the April 18 date?  From Turbo Tax or the IRS?  Turbo Tax just gives you an estimated date of 21 days.  Only the IRS can tell you.  Has the IRS actually sent your refund?
