If SBTPG has already received and issued my federal refund. Does my state refund still go to SBTPG, if so do I have to pay more fees?

I have not gotten my state yet, how will I receive it?

The state return is not sent to SBTPG, only the federal, as the filing fees are deducted from your federal refund. Thus, there would be no more fees assessed.
