If my status says accepted on turbo tax but processing on irs site which is correct?

Both are right.  Turbo Tax will always say Accepted. It is not updated when the IRS or State sends your refund. Accepted only means the IRS or state verified your identity and accepted your return FOR PROCESSING. Once they accept your return then Turbo Tax is done with their part and doesn't get any updates on your refund.

After the IRS Accepts your return then they Process it.....Then they APPROVE it.

Ok I filed my taxes over 2 months ago and still havent recieved them...what's the hold up?

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the new tax laws and extra stimulus filings, as well as unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.  Also see:
