If my state refund hasn't come in yet everyone I know has gotten their refund, is there something wrong? I tried checking that status but there is none. Who to contact?

I am told by the people I know that they got their refund for the state tax last week. Yet, I haven't received anything. All Turbo Tax does is say it got accepted (and I did get my federal taxes back). I tried checking the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Check Refund Status page, but when I enter my info it says it does not match their records.

Well I called them yesterday and they said they needed proof it was me so they sent a paper in mail and they said as soon as they get proof they will give me my refund
