No. Accepted only means the IRS verified basic info so they know it's really you. Then they will process it. Then they send the refund.

No it just means it was filled out completely and they have not noticed anything wrong with it. Soon it will tell you "your money should be deposited by xx/xx/20" and will give you the estimated date of deposit.
