The IRS does have your information; it is just processing your return. The IRS is very backlogged because many employees were sent home, and many are busy processing the stimulus payments.
If you don't receive the stimulus in 2020 for some reason, as long as you otherwise qualify to receive the stimulus based on the criteria, you can still receive it in 2021 when you file your 2020 return. The stimulus is actually an ADVANCE on a credit on your 2020 return.
