Yes, if you are a US citizen or resident.  All of your worldwide income is reported.  However, if you anticipate that this teaching job will have you away from the US for at least 330 of 365 days (not for 2016, but from when you first arrived in Mexico to when you anticipate being back in the states), your income may be excluded by filing Form 2555.  If you expect to meet this test later this year, but not until after the April 18 filing deadline, you may wish to file an extension so that you may file your return along with Form 2555.

If you do not expect to meet the time test, however, TurboTax can assist you to correctly fill out your return.  Here is an FAQ on where to report Foreign Income:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3290703.  If you have to pay taxes on that income to Mexico, you may also receive a credit on your US return.  Here is more information on that:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302405
