If i haven't received my nj state refund as of yet an i efiled move then 30 days ago should i be concerned

No, you shouldn't be concerned, but you should call and see what is going on. Some states are taking longer than normal to release refunds this year. When you call, the tax representative can look at your taxpayer account and see why it is taking so long, and let you know what, if anything else they might need from you. They also should be able to give you a time frame on when to expect the refund.
