If I chose to have my TurboTax fees taken out of my federal refund what direct deposit information is sent to the IRS

How does that process work? Does the IRS give the money to me first or Santa Barbara TPG first?

If you chose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund, the third party bank handles it. They take out your fees and send the rest of the refund to you.
