Your post shows you are using the Deluxe online edition which is higher than Plus.

What are you trying to do after the tax return has been filed?

OK, I am mixed up on categories since I can't find the info. We paid the 50 I think and now need live help as I messed up something on the return, know our refund can't be right but IRS paid it. Now I am worried and want to talk to someone but was told I had to upgrade as no one can give me help with our plan. This is so frustrating!!  I tried to amend within an hour after I filed as I caught the mistake when I was picking up paperwork and saw that I did not include some income.  I was told I had to wait till I could amend.  HELP!!
