Turbo tax charged me the $25 for E-file but then a screen came up and said, due to a tax situation I can not file with E-file for my state. According to Turbo tax, due to this issue I should get my $25 back. But I can't get anyone to respond to me.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
