Over 35 million returns were filed in the first week alone that the IRS was open so things are moving slowly.

Also, if you claimed EITC, the earliest they could send returns is this week. Stay patient. I filed 1/20 and my return was accepted 2/10 with a transmitted date of 2/12. I still haven't gotten my refund and today (3/03) is my 21 day window date.
