I accidentally put in the wrong account and routing numbers

Unfortunately, no TurboTax cannot stop your direct deposit. If you are having fees deducted, you may be able to contact Santa Barbara Tax Payer Group who handles sending the money to your bank. If you did not and are expecting your deposit directly from the IRS: if the bank rejects your direct deposit, the IRS will send a paper check to the mailing address listed on your return. If you want to change your bank account or routing number for a tax refund, call the IRS at 800-829-1040.

Once you submit your tax return, you cannot change anything within the return, including direct deposit information. 

If the IRS attempts to deposit your refund and the account is invalid, they will issue you a paper check in the mail.
