I was told I need to ensure I opt in to recieve a Colorado TABOR refund. I do not see a box to check for this. How do I ensure I am opted in prior to filing state?

At virtually the end of the Colorado state interview, you will find two questions:

1. "Qualifying for the Colorado state sales tax refund" (this is where the question about days incarcerated is)

2. "Qualifying for the Colorado sales tax refund" (where you have to indicate your filing date)

Once you have clicked on Yes on the second screen, the TABOR refund will be added. So there is no TABOR box to check.
