On irs where my refund it says been processed and will be sent to me on may 1 that is today but it hasnt hit my my bank .what is going on ? Have you recieved them ?

TT does not receive tax refunds. Did you ask to have your fees deducted from it?

Yes i asked for the TT fees to be taken out of my taxes

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group is the company that processes the refund whenever you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted.. The Federal refund is sent to them; the fees are deducted; and then the remainder is sent to your bank. This can take a day or so.

Your bank (or card issuer) can then take 1-5 days to credit the deposit.

I have done the same and have not received my money. It was supposed to be in my account on 12 April 2019 and i am still waiting. Now they want me to pay a fee? Please help me
