I was supposed to get 1860 back in federal. i only got 1743 and turbo tax charged like $75 so wheres the rest of it? did they charge 40 or so for state too?

It appears you are using TurboTax deluxe which is $39.99 for federal, $36.99 for state, plus if you chose to have the fees deducted from your return is $39.99, so altogether would total $116.99(plus any applicable tax).
