You would have to wait until the IRS begins taking calls again to ask them about it.  You will be able to receive any additional stimulus you were due in 2019 on your 2020 return filed next .  year.  Meanwhile, you can review the calculation of your payment to see if you understand the discrepancy here:

Your payment could be based on your 2018 or 2019 tax return (depending when IRS processed your tax return and your payment.)  Based on information we have at this time, you will be able to reconcile any errors or differences on your 2020 tax return, filed in the Spring of 2021.

But your was deposited in your card today. I didn't now if they were because of all the neg post that it wouldn't go to our card we have to wait for check. So thank you I know they will deposit on our card. I would contact them about that
