I was selfemployed and used TurboTax. I had to print and mail it in.

The IRS is still processing 2021 mailed in returns so did you get your original refund yet ?   Or did you owe?

No, But my refund was literally $5. 

IRS has no record of a processed tax return

Well then you wait ... again mailed in returns are taking 6 months to a year to process and until it is processed it will not show up on the IRS transcripts.
