Why I cannot get an advanced on my return like 1,500-2,000 given my return was accepted and it was such a high amount?

I was curious why I cannot get an add advanced for my federal return simxe

The Turbo Refund Advance was closed Feb 7, 2020. Any return prepared after that date was no longer able to opt into the refund advance.
