Not possible at this time because the Federal refund is already in process; it's too late for TurboTax to insert the special routing & account numbers used by SBTPG to receive the refund from the IRS and deduct TurboTax fees (including SBTPG's own fee) before sending you the balance. (If you had TurboTax Federal fees deducted from your refund, TurboTax has already told SBTPG how much to deduct; that usually can't be changed.) Since you waited to do your state taxes, you'll have to pay the TurboTax fee for that by credit or debit card. (No additional SBTPG fee for that.)
