I'll assume this is a 2024 return.  More information is needed.

• What product are you using--Online TurboTax or desktop software?
• If Online TurboTax, are you trying to print a return that is still in preparation, printing the return for review prior to filing, or printing a return that has already been filed?
• If Online TurboTax, are you using Free Edition or a paid edition?  If the latter, have you paid for your product yet?
