I want to finish my 2017 taxes that I started in Turbotax Online. I've purchased and Downloaded the Deluxe version. How do I access my previous started Taxes?

To access the online version of TurboTax now in the CD/download you will need to:

Go to 2017 online by logging in and then save the file on your computer as .tax file and then select start a new return in the 2018 program and it will ask if you want to transfer in prior year and you say Yes and then it will look for it.

Is 2017 locked?  You have to pay for a 2018 Online to unlock it.  Buying the Desktop program won't unlock it.  You can call in for them to unlock it.
