I've used turbotax for the last 8 years. I was with Bank of America all of those years. During 2018, I switched to a Credit Union. Will this delay my refund?

No it will not affect your refund as long as you entered the correct routing number and account number for the credit union for direct deposit on your tax return. Many people change banks every year.
