I've gone in to file my 2018, and I'm not seeing that it's pulling the 2017 information from last year's return?

So long as you began in the same TurboTax Online account that you used last year (same User ID and password), your carryforward amounts from 2017 (capital losses, depreciable assets, etc.) should all appear in the correct places.
