I've done my taxes through TurboTax every year, but they are more complicated this year and I need to find out what TurboTax service I need. Can I talk to someone?

I sold a home and bought a new one, both for cash with no mortgage, and started a new job last year. Can I file on my own or will this be a more complicated process?

When I look up my tax return, it still states that no tax returned has been filed. I was accepted 2/1/24 and TurboTax states it was processed then. Will I get my return?
