my tax report done but I just know it was wrong with NJ STATE

how can I make report again ?

Once you have submitted your return, you are not able to make any changes. Next, you will receive an email informing you that your return has been accepted or rejected by the IRS. After acceptance, the next step is for the government to approve your refund. If your return is rejected, you will receive an email instructing you on how to fix it.
