How long until new mexico state taxes accepted?

Hi, I have filed federal taxes, CA state taxes and NM state taxes. My federal and CA were accepted 1/29 (10 days ago). My federal return is posting tomorrow. Why hasn't my NM state tax been accepted? When will it be accepted?

No one can say exactly when your return will be Accepted. According to the website of Taxation & Revenue New Mexico http://www.tax.newmexico.gov/Individuals/individuals-where-is-my-refund.aspx  The Department generally processes electronically filed returns claiming a refund within 6 to 8 weeks.  A paper return received by the Department takes 8 to 12 weeks to process. The status of a refund is available electronically.

I had the same question. In my case, we usually wait longer to do our taxes. This year we did them right away and have never experienced delayed state acceptance. I am guessing they are just slammed now and will just have to wait.

I ended up getting mine accepted last Friday 2/9.

I filed 1/31 and new mexico is still pending has never taken this long

I literally received a notification an hour ago that my state filing was accepted. Ha!
