I submitted my 2018 taxes through another service, so how do I amend the information that I previously entered into TurboTax 2018 so I can file for 2019?

The issue is that the other service can not support my interest information for this year, and I incorrectly entered information for self-employment in 2018 that is carrying over to 2019.

You must first prepare a duplicate tax return exactly the way it was originally filed. You can then start the amended return to make the necessary changes.  To prepare your duplicate return, you would need to create an account in TurboTax online or download one of the CD/download versions.  You can download  or buy the CD/Download version for 2018 at this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products

I created a 2018 return that I did not submit on my TurboTax online account.  TurboTax is telling me to get the desktop software if I want to amend it, and I don’t see a place where I can amend the 2018 return online.  Am I missing something?
