I submitted a W7 form for my kid with 2021 tax application in 2/2022. I got ITIN for my kid. I want to amend past years. Should I amend this year 2021 as well?

Was the child not already listed on the 2021 return?

It was listed but the box designed for the ssn/ itin was blank.
