I still have not received a second stimulus payment. When I check on the site it says payment not available, we our working on this. Does anyone else get this message?

I used direct deposit, make under 75,000 a year, filed my 2019 takes and received the first stimulus. I can't get ahold of anyone at IRS for more info.

Even if you were able to reach someone at the IRS, they aren't able to give any more information than what you see on the website, which we realize is incredibly frustrating.  The only payment status that the IRS has commented on is "Stimulus #2- not available" which they have indicated means the taxpayer will need to claim the payment when the 2020 tax return is filed.

There are a number of reasons that any other status may appear, but the IRS is continuing to distribute payments through January 15, 2021.  Any taxpayer who does not receive the payment by that date should indicate that no payment was received when preparing the 2020 tax return so that the credit will be applied to reduce the balance due or increase the refund received.
