I signed up and paid for the five days early service. My refund is to be issued 2/12- five days is today 2/7 and nothing was deposited. What happens now?

Where did you see the direct deposit date of 2/12?   Was that at the IRS website (link below)?  Or if that is what is showing in your TurboTax account, that is only an estimate based on the average 21 days for most filers with no unusual situations like the PATH Act, etc. that would require more review.    Go by the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.

What is showing there?  What is the wording at the IRS website:  Return Received, Return Approved, or Refund Sent?  Or is there a message there?

It is showing on my tax transcripts.

You need to go by what is showing at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool--not the transcript.   It is the "Where's My Refund" tool that will show if the refund has been approved and sent and the issue date/expected deposit date.

At that WMR tool it should say one of these:  Return Received, Return Approved, or Refund Sent, and if the latter, a date provided.
