I was told by IRS March 23rd I'd had my refund

The IRS tells you to allow 1-5 days for the refund to post to your account. Have you done that?

Yes I have .. I think I should have gotten Refund advance

It can take up to 5 business days for your bank to deposit your tax return refund into your account. If the status in Where’s My Refund? shows “Refund Sent”, the IRS has sent your tax refund to your bank for direct deposit. If you do not receive it after 5 business days, you will need to contact your bank.
