I returned to my maiden name after a divorce and now I am getting all my documents with my previous last name . I need some advice on what I need do.

When you prepare your tax return use the name that matches your current Social Security card.    Do not use an online TT account that was used for past year joint returns.   Start a new account with a new user ID; using an old account that was used for joint return will cause errors that will become very frustrating.   If you have not remarried, your filing status will be Single, unless you have custody of children ---- then you might be able to file as Head of Household.
