I recieved a K-1 too late and had already filed my 2022 taxes. Can I apply the K-1 when filing m 2023 return ? or do I need to amend the 2022 return

Given the K-2 shows a loss, I have overpaid taxes, can I just apply to the 2022 losses when I file my 2023 taxes?

You have to amend your 2022 return.

If the entity's tax-year end date shown at the top of the Schedule K-1 is in 2023, it goes on your 2023 tax return.  If it shows an end date in 2022, you'll need to amend your 2022 tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...
