No. You are good to go. No need to do anything further except file your return by 15 Oct. A taxpayer in the US has until the filing deadline (18 Apr this year) to file an extension. A person overseas has until 15 June to file an extension. That checkbox just allows the extra time to file the extension for someone overseas. In both cases the extension is until 15 Oct.
Remember the extension is for the filing deadline not the payment deadline. If you owe any taxes late fees begin to be assessed after 18 Apr 2023.
