What is happening when Where's My Amended Return? shows the status is: Adjusted?

As to when the check will arrive ... no saying exactly what date they will release the check and then you are at the mercy of the postman.

Mine said adjusted on 3/23/2016 when should I expect refund said to wait 3weeks for notice?

Did any of you recieve a check after it said it was adjusted or did you just recieve a letter?

I hadn to get a taxpayer advocate. He called a few weeks back said I might get audited. On 8-24 my amended return said it was adjusted and I'd receive a letter of explanation. Haven't gotten a letter yet. But does that mean I'm not getting audited since it says it's already adjusted??
