If the letter didn’t request information from you then you don’t have to do anything.
How do I figure out the inquiry? I went to the irs website, and it shows no inquiries.
I cannot find a way to figure what is going on.

If you want to ask the IRS what caused that letter to be generated, here's how you can try to reach them, but it isn't easy. They are quite understaffed especially during the Pandemic. Only about 10% of callers get through. Some users have said it was best when they first open for the day at 7 AM.
Is there an IRS phone number on the letter you received? If so, I'd try that first; it may be more direct and less-used. Otherwise, here's how to reach IRS general customer service:
IRS: 800-829-1040 (7AM-7 PM local time) Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do not choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
TurboTax also has a free Audit Support Center for help with IRS letters. While they likely won't specifically know what caused your letter, they might have some general info about that type of letter.
To get the phone number, go to the link below, click the blue "Get Help" button, and follow the prompts.
