I received email today from Turbo Tax saying " Did you geta IRS letter" is it something I didn't receive or just general email from turbo Tax?

I received email today from Turbo Tax saying " Did you geta IRS letter" is it something I didn't receive or just general email from turbo Tax?

TurboTax doesn't know if the IRS sent you a letter. If the IRS sends you a letter they do not notify TurboTax. So I would assume that it's a general broadcast mailing.
