I received an email stating that turbotax experienced a technical error while applying for a Refund Advance loan. If I still wanted it to sign back in and do it again.

The email stated that if I was still interested in the Refund Advance I needed to sign back in to continue my application. When selecting my refund method during checkout select refund advance and continue filing from there.
