I received an amended 1099 form, where two boxes where increased by $3.09 each. Do I have to amend my return?

Technically yes.  However, I'd advise you to go through the amended process and determine if these small amounts will actually increase your tax liability. If not, there is no need to file the amended return.  

One important note: Before you start the process of amending the return in TurboTax, be sure you have printed a copy of your original return or have saved a PDF copy to your computer. 

If your return has been accepted and you are expecting a refund, wait until you have received your refund, then you can go here and get instructions for amending your return if you determine it is necessary.  Amended returns have to be printed and mailed in and take up to 16 weeks to be processed.
