I received a letter about earn income credit so I filled it out and returned it back to the IRS. can you please give me a update on this

Unfortunately, once the returns are submitted to the IRS and the state, Turbo Tax no longer is given information about the status of returns. The best thing is for you to contact the IRS since they requested more information, they will be able to let you know when they got it, and give you a realistic timeline on when you can expect your refund.
