Hello! Im in the same boat, my refund was schedule to hit my bank today and I have nothing. I usually will always get my refund on a Weds. My DDD is always on time.  I called SBTPG and the voice recording stated they did not receive my funds but the SBTPG site shows they did receive my funds. I finally got in touch with someone and I was told that there was problem with the system earlier. My refund is in the process of being sent to my account and it should be sent by the end of today. I was also reading on fb and alot of other people are experiencing the exact same issue. So im pretty sure you should also see your refund tomorrow or Friday.

Same here, I didnt call the tpg though so it was good to hear it's not just me but a bigger problem affecting everyone. I have gotten my federal refund very early morning every year on exact date shown on the irs website, this is the first year it was not deposited on day shown, yet. Waiting is all we can do an they do have till March 2nd I beleive to actually deposit it. Hopefully the problem is solved an it is deposited in bank sometime this evening.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.

You can track your refund at the Santa Barbara website by clicking here
