first, look over the revised 1099 to see what changed. some changes will not affect your taxes others will have minimal effect. in the latter case, it's at your description as to whether or not to amend. if you conclude you need or want to report the changes you would need to start an amended return. then there should be an option to remove the old imported data and import the revised amounts.
The easiest way would be to import your data from the brokerage. If this doesn't work. then you can enter the data manually.
