I qualify for earned income. IRS says not to expect them until the week of the 27th. Turbo tax is saying the 19th. Can i get it sooner than the 27

The IRS only controls when you receive your refund.  TurboTax normally gives the general 21 days that the IRS states that most people will receive their refund in.  TurboTax cannot adjust what the IRS does.  You would have to track your Federal refund on the IRS website, where's my refund.
