I purchased the Max package with turbo tax Intuit. I received a letter from the IRS and I need help with verifing my identity. How do I get help when I efiled my return?

I have my information that I used to e-file my return. How do I verify my identy when I efiled my return and this year's information is online in TurboTax and I don't have a physical copy of my current year's tax return due to it being efiled?

Sorry but only YOU  can do the ID verification.   The MAX package doesn't cover this since it is not an audit.

 

Follow the notice instructions carefully  to complete the task.  

 

If you did not save a PDF of the return when you filed then get it now.  

 

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
