I purchased 2 state returns. Only 1 will print.

<P>When I want to print a return for my files, and I hit download/print return, only my resident state prints. But I also filed in a nonresident state, and my return was accepted, but I can't access it to print.<BR /></P>

I need to purchase the download for Turbo Tax 2020. I have a client who needs a copy of his return and I have it on a thumb drive but no longer have the program?
