I paid to do my 2016 tax return last year but did not do it. I do not see it in my account. I have proof that I paid. How do I handle this?

If you paid for the online version, that is only valid for that filing year. In order to file your 2016 tax return now, you will need to download the TurboTax 2016 software. You can download the software here, https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/. You will need to print your return and file by mail, as e-file has closed for that period. 

You can speak with our customer service representatives by following the instructions below in regards to the fees you paid last year.
