I paid for my taxes but I can’t file them on here how can I get the $31 I already paid for back to my account

Cause it’s asking for my w2 from last year and I can’t find it since I moved in the beginning of the year and I had to get my this year w2 printed out from my work app so it’s not letting me file for this year and I paid to file then after I paid it won’t let me file it keeps asking me for a copy of last years w2 that I don’t have or have access to

@0ba6948ec675 The program is asking for your 2022 AGI which is Not on your 2022 W-2

The 2022 AGI is on the federal tax return that you filed last year.  It is on the Form 1040 Line 11

Click on Tax Home on the left side of the screen.

On the Tax Home webpage -

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year 2021 and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
