What happens when you try and download the PDF of the prior year online tax return?  What message do you receive?

Now if you want help now .... log in and look in the prior year return section ... is the prior year you want listed there ? 

If so go back into the program and click on the TOOLS  then PRINT CENTER and try to print THIS YEARS return ... if you can you should be able to go back to the home screen and download the PDF.  If you cannot then follow the instructions to pay for the program using a credit/debit card ... you cannot use the pay with refund option if you want access before you file.
