I owed the state of Oklahoma and had it set up to come out of my checking account on April 14th. It is not showing that it came out. Was it paid like I set it up with TT?

You should not worry. As April 14 was a Sunday, the transaction can only be processed on April 15 and will show on your bank account within three business days.
